This past weekend, we were lucky enough to have my cousin, his wife and their two young kids stay with us. We had “family day” on Saturday (with my mom and dad and sister’s family) and we all enjoyed our time at E.Z. Orchards for their Harvest Pumpkin Patch!
Group photo at the hay mountain!
I took like a million pics of this to try to get a good one… This was as good as it got. 😉
I spy a pig in a blanket!
Zeek and his second cousin Ethan feeding the sheep.
Pedal tractors! I LOVED these as a kid and would love one for our house now. They are so cool. 🙂
Zeek “rode” a pony and had looked freaking adorable in his riding hat. He LOVED this. He is obsessed with animals in general, but horses are one of his favorites. He was in heaven here. 🙂
So much so, he wanted to “ride” again…
Hay ride through the farm and pumpkin patch.
And the corn maze!
It was fun day and the most amazing weather (upper 70’s). I have been LOVING our warm and sunny September and October! We have plans to go to another pumpkin patch this weekend, but it’s supposed to start raining Friday night… Hopefully the weather holds out one more morning! 😉
Growing up around here, I always thought pumpkin patches were normal. They’re every few miles around here it seems. But I suppose you have to have farm land to have farm pumpkin patches!
Do you have fun Harvest festivities like this in your area too??
